Tutors form an important asset for the successful running of a tuition centre. As such, Intellect X Academy goes through a long and thorough process to ensure that all our tutors are beneficial for all our students' progress and educational development.

Tutors are selected from hundreds of applicants from The University of Melbourne, Monash University and other Top Universities around Australia.

Tutors are shortlisted based on their academic abilities and their extra-curricular activities that involve leadership.

Successful tutors are invited to attend a training session where they learn about students and the overall running of Lore Tuition.

Tutors are assessed throughout the term by students and management.

Tutors continue to attend additional training and professional development sessions as necessary.

All our tutors hold a Working with Children Check as required by law.

Archana Saini
Phd, MSc. (Microbiology)
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Archana is a research scholar with scientific intellect and many years of microbiology research experience. Archana has a postdoctoral science degree in microbiology. After finishing her studies she was employed with an Engineering college as a lecturer where she developed the passion for knowledge sharing and coaching students. She has lead multiple research projects including developing and producing a covid testing kit (RAT) at industrial scale. Her family runs a private primary school in India where she was engaged in operations and day to day activities.
Geetika Dua

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Geetika has completed his Masters of Mathematics (Gold Medalist) and Certificate IV in HR & Payroll. Her journey from academic excellence to payroll expertise reflects a deep-rooted passion for problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail. However, her true calling lies in education and fostering academic growth. Geetika also has many years of tutoring experience and wants to channel her passion for academic excellence into inspiring and guiding students to excel.
Aarushi Dua

MARKETING DIRECTOR
Aarushi is pursuing Bachelor of Science (Major Computing & Software Systems) at the University of Melbourne, and currently working as Marketing Director at Computing & Information Systems Student Association. She also volunteers as Faculty of Science Student Ambassador and Peer Mentor. Aarushi has also tutored many students in English, Mathematics and Science. Aarushi graduated as a Valedictorian of University High School, Parkville

Arianne has completed the Bachelor of Education degree and is now pursuing the Master of Teaching degree at Victoria University. She has experience teaching at schools and have lectured at a university. She specialises in English.

Sophia completed her secondary education from Mac Robertson high school. She has more than 6 years of experience tutoring high school students in Maths, English and VCE Biology.
